Ingredients.


Cooking method.

    Potato peel and cut into large pieces along one (potatoes in 4 parts).

    Chop the garlic.

    Chop the onion.

    Cut the carrots into small cubes.

    Red peppers turn into mush (blender or knead in a mortar).

    Billets are ready.

    Chop the meat to portions.

    Boil the meat in 3 liters of water over high heat.

    When the water boils make medium heat. (We look forward to about 1:20 hour)

    After about 1: 20hours, salt (to taste) and pour chopped carrots.

    After about 15 minutes add the chopped onion.

    After a further 15 min. add the sliced potatoes.

    After another 15 minutes, add the dill (if it’s not dried, then chop it finely) and hot peppers.

    ЕAfter another 10 minutes, add the chopped garlic and black pepper.

    Then cook for 10 – 15 minutes and you’re done.

Council.

Remove the foam on the top during the cook. When it`s done remove the pan from the oven and wait about 10-15 minutes for all tastes to mix.
