Cooking method.

    Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 peaces.

    Chop the garlic .

    Cut the meat into portions.

    Boil the meat in 1.5 liters of water over high heat.

    After the water boils, drain the water and wash the meat. pour into a saucepan 3 liters of water and put the meat in it. Add potato, carrot and salt.

    Mix flour and sour cream, add garlic and a cup of  the broth from the saucepan, mix all.

    As soon as potatoes in the soup are ready add the prepared  mix of sour cream and flour into the soup. Next will season with black pepper and savory. bring to a boil and turn off.
