1Sift cornmeal, pour salted boiling water, add sour cream and mix thoroughly all and knead the dough.
2Divide the dough into portions and give them a circular shape. Then grease them from all sides by water.
3Put on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. until golden brown, at a temperature of 250 degrees.
Corn flour shold be made from white corn. Keep it in the fridge. The flourshouldn`t be bitter. From time to time turn the pan round. At first put the pan on the lower level of the oven (the hottest place of the oven), then put it on the higher level.
